1. Our General Guarantee
At RevRise, we strive to provide the best reputation management software for local businesses. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all first-time purchases.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- You request the refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
- You have not previously requested a refund under this policy.
- Your account has not been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., generating fake reviews, spamming links).
3. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard setting. Once canceled, you will not be billed again. You will continue to have access to the Pro or Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Cancellations made after the 14-day period are not eligible for a prorated refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.
4. How to Request a Refund
If your request falls within the 14-day window, simply email our support team at billing@revrise.in with your account email address. We will process your return within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
5. Exceptions
Custom builds, enterprise integrations, and heavily discounted annual plans (where explicitly stated at checkout) may be non-refundable. Please refer to your specific enterprise agreement for details regarding cancellations.
